1. For cell with THK in the range of 1.85-3.0mm, P1 is easy to manufacture, but has some disadvantage in safety and environment protection.
2. M6S can used to produce cells with THK between 1.85-3.0mm, some manufacturing issues is challengeable, but manageable.
3. M6S has many advantages in the aspect of production, cost, and performance.
4. When cell THK is less than 1.85mm:
① Only a few of bi-cells are needed. Labor and cost can be minimized.
② P1 safety performance is good because of low capacity.
③ Some new material is needed in order to obtain high E.D. for M6S.
